FAQ

Why Divinebees?
We are devoted to provide the best quality raw Honey from the Natural Forests of Western Ghats.
How pure is your honey?
100% pure. Our honey comes from the natural beehives in the deep tropical forests where there is zero human intervention, ensuring zero adulteration.
Is your honey organic?
We source our honey directly from the deep jungle where there is no farming activity, hence the honey is free from pesticides, fertilizers, etc..
Does Honey has any Expire ?
If properly stored, honey will not spoil, A pot of honey found in an ancient Egyptian tomb was proved to be as wholesome as fresh honey. However, honey will ferment if it is diluted by moisture from the atmosphere or by other liquids. Prevent fermentation by keeping honey containers tightly sealed before and between uses.
How Farm Honey Differs from Raw Jungle Honey ?
Farm honey is procured by bee keeping in limited area of land. Farm honey is collected from Apis Cerana Indica and italian bees. During non floral season to avoid bee migration from bee boxes, honey bees are fed with sugar syrup and for their survival honey bees are given antibiotics. These sugars can only be detected through lab tests. So honey procured by beekeeping cannot be considered natural and antibiotic free. Since bees are fed with sugar syrup, it is not suitable for diabetic patients and also farm honey is well processed thereby losing the properties of honey. Did you know that the taste, flavour and texture of the Honey varies depending on the flowers, season and region from which the Bees collect nectar?
How the honey you normaly buy from the super market tastes, smells and feels the same throughout the year ?
Well the Honey you buy from big brands are highly processed and ultra filtered to standardise it’s taste, texture and flavour. Unfortunately this processing destroys all the beneficial properties of the Honey and makes it a mere sugar syrup because if you heat Honey to more than 45 degrees Celsius all the beneficial enzymes in the Honey gets destroyed. Also the ultra filtration removes all the pollen in the Honey which is what gives each bottle of Honey it’s unique taste and flavour.
What is unprocessed Raw Honey?
Real Raw Honey is extracted from the wild combs and then packed in bottles without any processing. It has all the beneficial enzymes. Switch to real raw Honey today to experience the real benefits of consuming Honey
What are the health benifits of honey ?
Honey contains several vitamins and minerals, antioxidants including phenols, enzymes and compounds like flavonoids and organic acids. Honey boosts immunity, memory, energy, digestion and good sleep. Honey reduces the risk of heart attacks, strokes, blood pressure, atherosclerosis (the fatty buildup in the arteries) and some types of cancer. It lowers LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and inflammation and raises HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol).Honey heals wounds and burns and used in dressing. It is effective in treating diabetic foot ulcers.
Who do we procure our honey ?
Honey is procured from tribal people in the forests of Western Ghats. Apart from manual filtering of pollen, there is no machinery process and no heating and our honey is given just the way nature provides. The smell, colour and taste depends on the types of flowers the bees visit. So our honey tastes differs from season to season as the flowers are seasonal
What are the storage procedures ?
If properly stored, honey will not spoil. Honey will ferment if it is diluted by moisture from the atmosphere or by other liquids. Prevent fermentation by keeping honey containers tightly sealed before and between uses. Store honey at room temperature rather than in a refrigerator. Warning: It is better not to feed the honey to infants (below one year) directly or mixing with food. There is a 1% chance of getting infant botulism which we would like to avoid for the whole group of infants keeping in mind their health completely. Do not add honey to any hot food substance.
